- Billing Information: Payment card details, billing address (processed securely by Stripe or Lemon Squeezy — we do not store full card numbers)
- Communications: Support tickets, emails, feedback you send us
2.2 User Content
When you use our Service, you upload videos, images, and audio files ("User Content"). This content is processed to provide our translation and lip-sync services.
2.3 Biometric Information
To provide our AI Lip-Sync feature, we process facial geometry data solely to synchronize lip movements with translated audio. This data is ephemeral (temporary), not used for identification, and is deleted immediately after processing completes.
2.4 Automatically Collected Information
- Device Information: Browser type, operating system, device identifiers
- Usage Data: Pages visited, features used, time spent on the Service
- Log Data: IP address, access times, referring URLs
- Cookies & Similar Technologies: See Section 7 below
3. How We Use Your Information
We use collected information to:
- Process your videos, generate translations, and render lip-synced output
- Manage your subscription, process payments, and send receipts
- Send service updates, respond to inquiries, and provide customer support
- Analyze usage patterns to improve features and user experience
Quality Assurance: During our Beta phase, in rare cases for quality assurance or debugging, authorized personnel may access specific inputs to improve model performance. This access is subject to strict confidentiality agreements and is logged for accountability.

- Account Information: Until account deletion
- Original Videos: 30 days after upload
- Generated Outputs: 30 days after generation
- Biometric Processing Data: Immediately after processing
- Billing Records: 7 years (legal requirement)
- Usage Analytics: 24 months
Original videos and generated outputs are stored for 30 days to allow you to download them. After this period, they may be automatically deleted. You can request earlier deletion at any time.
